Kirkee  successfully completed a complex project involving the installation of 28 sidestream filters across a large-scale site. Prior to commencing work, we conducted a thorough closed system analysis to assess the specific requirements of the project.

The filters were installed on both low-temperature closed systems and chilled pipework systems.

 

To ensure optimal performance, we conducted thorough flushes of these systems before and after the filter installation.

Following the installation, we provided our client with comprehensive instructions for ongoing system checks and maintenance. To maintain system efficiency and compliance with BISRA standards, we dosed the systems with the appropriate chemicals.

The project was particularly challenging due to the large system volumes and the stringent security requirements for accessing certain areas of the site.

 

Despite these obstacles, Kirkee  successfully delivered a high-quality solution that resulted in significantly improved system efficiency and reduced breakdowns.
